UPS Orders placed by 5:00 PM EDT or USPS by 12 PM EDT Monday – Friday will usually ship same day for in stock items. Shipping time frames can be impacted by carrier delays, inclement weather, and other unforeseen events. Shipping refunds are not available in these situations. If your package is delayed with the carrier, please check the carrier website for shipping updates.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Some orders are signature required.  
  • Orders do not ship on weekends or US holidays.
  • All standard deliveries are Monday-Friday only.
  • US/Canadian Holidays may impact processing and shipping time frames.

  • Free ground shipping is included (orders $100 and over). 
  • We require a physical address for shipping. Sorry, no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses are accepted.
  • Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item.

We currently accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal, Paypal Credit (online only), & Googlepay.  Checks are not accepted.

Order Acceptance

Once your order has been accepted and processed, you will receive an email order confirmation followed by a shipment confirmation that will include the shipping carrier and tracking information.

DELIVERY

Delivery of all products purchased from us through our website (the “Products”) shall occur at the facility from which your order is shipped when that facility is located outside Canada.  Title to, and risk of loss for, all Products shall pass to you at the time the Products are handed to the courier at the facility from which your order is shipped.

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties and/or import taxes. Shipping charges and applicable customs duties and taxes are your responsibility.  In cases where you have not selected your own customs broker and notified us of same, by ordering Products from our website, you authorize the customs broker selected by us or our shipping agent to act as your agent to transact business with the Canada Border Services Agency to clear merchandise, pay duties and taxes, and to handle any merchandise returns and refund claims on your behalf. On checkout of such orders, we calculate and collect the applicable customs duties and taxes that the customs broker will pay on your behalf to the Canada Border Services Agency.

CANCELING ORDERS PLACED ON COBRA.CA

To submit a cancellation request for Cobra.com please email ordercancel@cedarelectronics.com. Please note that we typically process orders quickly, and oftentimes outside of our normal Customer Care Center business hours. For this reason, most orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please consider this carefully. You are welcome to submit a cancellation request, and while we will make every effort to honor it, we cannot guarantee success.

  • If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your card will not be charged, but a fund authorization will hold until released by your bank.  
  • If you did not make the cancellation window, your order will ship out, but you can refuse the order upon delivery or send it back for a refund (shipping charges are not refundable) Please visit https://www.cobra.ca/pages/returns for complete instructions on how to return your order. When we receive it, we will process your refund, typically within 5-10 business days, and email you once the refund is complete.
